【出入国在留管理庁】外国人在留支援センター（FRESC／フレスク）を知っていますか？

外国籍の皆さまや外国籍の方をサポートしている皆様は外国人在留支援センター（FRESC／フレスク）をご存知ですか？
FRESCは、《Foreign Residents Support Center》の略です。
2020年7月、東京都新宿区のJR四ツ谷駅前にある高層ビル「コモレ四谷」の13階に開所されました。
FRESCは日本に在留する外国人からの相談対応、外国人を雇用したい企業、外国人支援に取り組む地方公共団体を支援などの取組を行う日本政府が運営する施設です。
FRESCの大きな特徴は、ビザや雇用など外国人の在留に関わる8つの関係機関が一つのフロアに集まっていることである。各機関が緊密な連携をとり、利用者が必要な在留に関する支援を、可能な限り迅速に提供する。
FRESCの総合受付には、日本語、英語、中国語を話せるスタッフが常駐している。また、タブレット端末を使用し、韓国語、ポルトガル語、 スペイン語、フィリピノ語、ベトナム語、タイ語、インドネシア語、 ネパール語にも対応している。

For those of you who are foreign nationals or support foreign nationals, have you heard of the Foreign Residents Support Center (FRESC)?
FRESC stands for “Foreign Residents Support Center.
It opened in July 2020 on the 13th floor of “Comore Yotsuya,” a high-rise building in front of JR Yotsuya Station in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
FRESC is a facility operated by the Japanese government that provides consultation services for foreign residents in Japan, supports companies that want to hire foreign residents, and assists local governments that are engaged in supporting foreign residents.
A major feature of the FRESC is that it brings together on one floor eight agencies concerned with visas, employment, and other matters related to the residence of foreign nationals.
Each agency works closely together to provide users with the assistance related to residence that they need as quickly as possible.
The FRESC’s general reception desk is staffed by Japanese, English, and Chinese speaking staff. In addition, tablet terminals are available for Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Filipino, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, and Nepali.
